Dear Sisters and Brothers in Christ, If you are new to Venice, are a long-time resident or just visiting, I invite you to worship with us at St. Mark’s. We are the oldest church on the Island of Venice (established in 1936) and one of three Episcopal churches in the area. We celebrate Holy Communion at all regularly scheduled services and invite all of God’s children to partake of God’s gift of grace. Our church is open to all who choose to worship with us. We invite everyone, member or visitor, to partake in the mission work that we support and also in the activities that we offer. We like to think we have something for everyone. As you peruse the pages of our website you will see just how extensive our mission and ministries are and the work we do to God’s glory in God’s kingdom. Clergy are available for pastoral counseling or just to chat about life at St. Mark’s or the Episcopal Church in general. The office staff is cordial and can help with most basic requests or can schedule an appointment with clergy. Give them a call at 941.488.7714.
